01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 18ph ("18ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 18ph.net ("Platform").

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

18ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 18ph services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all 18ph accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 18ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 18ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 18ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Verification (KYC): 18ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Non-Transferability: Your 18ph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 18ph platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 18ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed in the cashier section of the Platform. Accepted methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required KYC verification.
• Currency: All transactions on the 18ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 18ph is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

18ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 18ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 18ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 18ph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general gameplay rules apply across all 18ph games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. All RNG systems used by 18ph are independently audited for fairness.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, 18ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Bets that cannot be completed due to a technical error will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 18ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game .
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and will be reclaimed by 18ph.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or any other form of financial fraud in connection with your 18ph account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 18ph staff or other players.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or other responsible gaming measure imposed on your account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 18ph platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of 18ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from 18ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its software.

10 Responsible Gaming

Without limiting the foregoing, 18ph shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 18ph's reasonable control.

• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 18ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

12 Termination & Suspension

18ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 18ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings, where permitted by applicable law. In cases of termination not attributable to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may also choose to close your 18ph account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned after completion of applicable withdrawal procedures.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 18ph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting 18ph support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. 18ph operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations, and players may also refer unresolved complaints to the relevant regulatory authority.

Nothing in this section shall limit 18ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of 18ph's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
